We have reached the middle of June already and the football season continues to close in quickly. Here is another breakdown of some key players across Siouxland that will positively impact their teams under the Friday Night Lights!
PRESENTED BY:

Thanks to our longtime sponsor Bob Roe's Point After and North End-Zone for their continued support of SSI! Terri and Jeremy are great people and are very supportive of the Siouxland Sports community. Good times gather at 2320 Transit Avenue and 4100 Floyd Blvd.

The MOC-FV football team of head coach Tom Rupp returns a key senior in Kaleb Koerselman 5-11 (180) who makes a huge impact on both sides of the football for the Dutch is a great all-around player. Koerselman was featured on offense last fall and rushed for (424) yards and (7) scores. Koerselman also pulled in (22) receptions for (348) yards and (2) touchdowns. On the defensive side of the football Koerselman racked up (41) tackles and (7.0) TFL. In watching HUDL film, Koerselman really shows a great feel for the game on offense and is utilized in multiple positions. Koerselman on defense does a good job keeping outside leverage and just has a knack for being around the football.
Koerselman has received an offer by the staff at Northwestern College. You can follow Koerselman on X: @KalebKoerse1man

The Kingsley-Pierson Panthers return a key senior in Tyler Koch 6-1 (205) who put together an impressive junior campaign. RB/WR Koch rushed for (317) yards and (1) touchdown last fall. Koch caught (28) passes for (333) and (3) scores. Koch is the leading returning tackler from his LB position where he was in on (70.5) tackles and had (11) TFL. Koch received all-district and honorable mention all-state accolades last season for the Panthers. Koch is a college prospect receiving interest from D1-D3 schools. The HUDL film shows his ability at LB where he has great instincts and the ability to tackle in the open field. I project Koch at a LB or Hybrid safety at the next level. Very disciplined player with solid fundamentals. You can follow Koch on X: @tyler_koch5

The Wildcats of head coach Kurt Bremer continues to develop good football players and flexing in post-season play. One young gun that I am interested in following this season is Junior WR Jayden Lloyd 5-9 (160) who had a real nice sophomore campaign last fall. Lloyd was the second leading receiver with (28) catches for (510) yards and (3) scores as a sophomore. Lloyd also does a good job at corner on the defensive side of the football where he recorded (27) tackles and (1) INT. The HUDL film shows a very polished receiver in Lloyd who runs great routes and is dangerous after the catch. Lloyd is set to have a big offensive season with returning junior QB Jackson Verschoor (1,821) yards passing and (17) touchdowns. You can follow Lloyd on X: @Jayden_Lloyd_0
