We are now only 11 Friday's away from celebrating the return of Friday night lights and the high school football season. Here are a few more prospects to know prior to kickoff!
Headed out to dinner tonight? Checkout Mr. P's Pizza with two locations, LeMars and Dakota Dunes! Great menu and hospitality at all times!

The North Stars of head coach Mitch Mohr returns some quality seniors. One guy that catches my eye is senior Austin Nelson 6-3 (210) TE/DE for the Stars. The HUDL film features Nelson at TE and his ability to really sustain blocks in the run game and often times hooks up with a LB and takes him for a ride. Nelson also impacts the passing game for the Stars. Nelson shows good hands and does a great job of catching passes in traffic and high pointing the football. On the defensive side of the football, Nelson is an intriguing DE prospect with a great understanding of leverage and pursuit. Nelson uses his length and size to knock down passes and make offense's account for where he is on the field. I really feel that Nelson will take a huge step this fall and is a nice college prospect!

Head coach Ken Vigdal's Bulldog squad returns some nice skill players on the offensive side of the football and has two playmakers at the WR position who can really cause some trouble in the defensive secondary on Friday nights. Senior WR Tycen Augustine 6-1 (190) recorded (21) receptions for (485) yards and (8) touchdowns and averaged (23.1) yards per catch. Augustine has good speed is a good route runner with good hands and uses his body well to position himself for the catch. Senior WR Andrew Grant 6-2 (190) has sprinter speed as he hauled in (19) receptions a season ago that accounted for (406) yards and (5) touchdowns while averaging (21.4) yards per catch. This dynamic duo has great chemistry with starting senior QB Jami Sitzmann and really stress defenses downfield. Both players are receiving college interest and you might not find a better duo in the Siouxland area on Friday nights! Follow Augustine on X: @tycenaugustine also Follow Grant on X: @AndrewGrant08

Bishop Heelan Crusader head coach Jon LaFleur has some talent up and down the roster. I find senior WR/TE/SS Caden Lester 6-4 (205) to be an extremely talented player on both sides of the football. Lester burst onto the scene last fall with (9) catches for (202) yards and (3) touchdowns. Lester has a great feel at WR/TE understands how to settle in a zone coverage and make himself available to the QB. I truly believe that Lester will double last year's numbers and be a big play receiver for senior QB Noah Conley. Lester's best work was done on the defensive side of the football at strong safety last fall. Lester wrapped up (28.5) tackles but also picked off (5) passes good for (132) return yards. Lester has great instincts and plays within the Crusader defensive scheme. If you are an offensive coordinator you have to know where Lester is at all times. Lester currently holds offers from Wayne State College and Grand View University with more to come. Follow Lester on X: @LesterCaden11
